All processed industrial hemp is grown and harvested under EU licence, and certified by the National Agrifood Technological Center in spain ‘CTAEX’ this means our CBD products with added terpenes (naturally extracted tastes) are completely legal in the UK by containing the recommended 0.2% THC limit, making them exempt by definition of Regulation 2 of the MDR 2001 and to be compliant with Spanish legislation, (The Royal Decree 1729/1999), the EU HDPL (Hemp derived products law) and the MROG (Mutual Recognition of Goods principle of the EU).
